There are 3 ways to book with Trez Entertainment, You can Submit a request through our contact forms at the bottom of each page, If you booking is a little more complex then you can send us an email at hello@trez-entertainment.co.uk or finally if you want to speak to one of the team straight away you can give the office a call on 0800 294 0506.

Most of our bookings require a £50.00 deposit to secure the date however with packages sometimes our team will send you a bespoke deposit invoice with a 20% deposit so you can secure all the items without spending too much upon booking.

Your full balance is due 4 weeks before you event date, please get in touch with one of our team if you are having difficulty making that date for your payment.

Yes, we can take card payments over the phone, Please call 0800 294 0506 if you need to pay by card.

Yes, if you need to cancel your event for any reason we hold your deposit and return any other monies paid – the only time you are not due a refund is depending on how close to the event date the cancellation is, please see our t&c’s.

Yes,  if you need to have a specific setup times and run times for the entertainment please mention this upon booking or as soon as you know, this will ensure that we arrive on time and your whole event goes smoothly.

Yes, if you want to add a product to your event one of our team would be happy to walk you through a quote – please call the sales team on 0800 294 0506 to discuss the options.

Yes, We can offer you a bespoke offer if multiple products are booked together! Please get in touch with the team and mention the products that you want to book, we will then send you the price for booking all of these items together.

Yes, All of our equipment is PAT tested by a registered PAT tester regularly to ensure safety for all our events. All of our documents can be supplied upon request.

Yes, Any confirmed booking that mentions your name will enable you to receive a commission of £25.00.

Yes, for any Emergency Service workers we offer a 5% discount off any of our products and packages, We just need proof of employment and we can apply this for you.

Yes, 90% of the time we can help you with last minute bookings however this all depends with the amount of time we have to put this in place for you. If you require immediate assistance then contact the team on 0800 294 0506.
